CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the following penalties will apply:

  • no charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  • within 30 days of arrival: we will keep your deposit.
  • in the event of late arrival, early departure, or cancellation within 10 days of your agreed date of arrival, you will be charged 70% of your stay.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • If you book half board, you can decide whether to have lunch or dinner by filling out the menu the day before or at breakfast.
  • Extra meals are charged at €30; if full board is booked, €5 will be deducted from your bill for any meals you do not eat
  • If double rooms are used for single use, we charge an additional fee of €25-30 per day.
  • Rooms are available from 12 noon and must be vacated by 10am; if you plan to arrive after 7pm, please let us know.
  • You can check out in the evening (depending on availability) for an additional fee

ARE WELCOME

Your four-legged friend is welcome at our property with a supplement of € 8.00 for small size and € 12.00 for medium/large size. They may access all common areas except for the restaurant/breakfast room.

If you wish to enjoy your meals with your pet, we will prepare a table for you in the bar area or in the covered outdoor garden (weather permitting). Upon arrival, your dog will also receive a welcome kit. We kindly ask you to bring your pet’s bed and blanket and not to use the hotel’s towels and blankets.
