CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the following penalties will apply:

no charge up to 30 days before arrival.
within 30 days of arrival: we will keep your deposit.
in the event of late arrival, early departure, or cancellation within 10 days of your agreed date of arrival, you will be charged 70% of your stay.

If you book half board, you can decide whether to have lunch or dinner by filling out the menu the day before or at breakfast.
Extra meals are charged at €25; if full board is booked, €5 will be deducted from your bill for any meals you do not eat
If double rooms are used for single use, we charge an additional fee of €20-25 per day.
Rooms are available from 12 noon and must be vacated by 10am; if you plan to arrive after 7pm, please let us know.
You can check out in the evening (depending on availability) for an additional fee

Children in room with parents stay free of charge up to 2 years of age, from 2 to 6 years of age reduction of 50%, from 6 to 13 years of age reduction of 30%.
The reductions are applied with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Price per day without food: € 5.00 small sized, € 8,00 medium/large sized.
Allowed all animals prior notice to the hotel, they can be kept on a lead and do not have access to public areas.
Please bring a blanket or the basket and do not use blankets or towels of the hotel.
